Going Down? Yes Please...

I found my "Going Down: Official Guide to Cunnilingus" DVD and even talked my friend into watching it with me! It turned out to be even better than I expected with some familiar faces too. I really enjoy Carol Queen's style. She is lighthearted and fun, but also informative.
I enjoyed her matter of fact explanations and I think the movie is great for people with all different experience levels. Queen dispels myths and explains some technique along with scenes of other people talking about their experience. As with many educational porn DVDs, Going Down walks the fine line of information and entertainment. Which when someone wants to get down to business can get a little boring. But I was watching even if my friend was eager to practice some moves.

I would recommend this movie for watching alone or with a friend. We made it to the end and even started replaying the beginning.

I definitely recommend this DVD for educational as well as extracurricular purposes. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Sextrology: a Review from Fascinations and a Big Sale Right Now!

They put this mammoth together. and it is full of information. When I saw Sextrology on the Fascinations site I thought: "Perfect" and I wanted to take a look.

Shanna was kind a enough to let me give it a try and I have shared the love. So far these are the people who have checked out this book: Me, my man D, Autumn (she proceeded to buy it), Jussara, she let me know: I love this book! for straight and gay! I am leo, their personality description was right on the dot! Love it. She has asked to check out the book on a couple of occasions and other ladies of the Gates with varying opinions on astrology have noticed it and asked to take a look.

FYI: my personal background and experience is that my mom was ALWAYS into Astrology and she passed it down to my sisters and I. Being a Capricorn, I am maybe the most skeptical, my one sister is very interested and has nearly every book on the topic. except this one, but that is about to change in just a few mins with this 25% off sale!

I am about to buy her this book and maybe a few other sex toys, goodies or a gift card from Fascinations.

I think that will hopefully kinda make up for my super delayed birthday present.

I admit it I am behind. Way behind on reviews and if I don't get one out I may never get one out! so here it is the much over due and already watched and analyzed in my brain review for Tristan Taormino's Expert Guide to Advanced Fellatio.

So here's the deal, Tristan has an Expert Guide to Fellatio and this it the Advanced Version: Tristan Taormino’s Expert Guide to Advanced Fellatio - Instructional video - EdenFantasys. I have actually been holding off on this review, because I felt like I should watch the other one to really understanding what the advancement is, but I still haven't got my hands on it. If I do I will be sure to update! Review: Joya Tulip Vibe

I received the Joya Tulip Vibe from Babeland for testing. My friends there suggested that I should try wearing it while using a strap-on. The one I recieved is black and therefore fits right in with my entire collection.

I tend to be pretty inept when it comes to vibrators with batteries... I am a bit slow to find the batteries, get them going, then to clean the toy closed tightly, and remembering to loosen the cap or remove the batteries completely to save them for next time. I actually just remember that my lovely friend Autumn picked up the batteries for me the day I tested this toy and I still owe her! Thank you beautiful lady, for making this review possible, I didn't forget ;)

So the Joya Tulip Vibe is pretty cool. It could be compared to a We-Vibe, but it is not something you would wear during penetration, although if you want to you could use it anally, because it has a bit of an external portion/clit stimulator. You could definitely think of some creative uses for this one. I need to put it through more testing and I think it might be better with a sturdier harness, because the one I used was just strappy nylon. I tested it while I was bending over a bad little boy with big black and that harness was the easiest to adapt with a large O-ring. I really think to make the most out of this toy I should upgrade to a Spareparts, maybe Theo Harness, hint, hint. I definitely enjoyed having the Joya in while I was taking this cock hungry little slut. I love having dual-stimulation and a very submissive slut really turns me on.

I used the toy with a condom on my first use because I tend to do this when testing toys. This made for super easy clean up, but using a condom is not necessary because the toy is silicone. The packaging of this toy is kinda unique and cool as well. It's not something you would think about throwing away, because the toy fits nicely inside and it is discreet and informative.

So the question on your mind is did this toy do it for me. Is it now one of my favs? Well I think it needs some more testing. Things like batteries and non waterproofness tend to turn me off for my purposes, but I like the usefulness of this one and I will definitely be taking it for more test drives... as soon as I get the perfect harness and the deserving sub, or maybe a sexy little girl, or both will present themselves..

DVD Review: Courtney Trouble's Bordello

I absolutely loved Clue and I love mysteries in general. The first thing I will note that I liked about this movie, more so than some of Trouble's other efforts, is the set. This film is supposed to be set in a bordello or brothel and they did a pretty good job of using a place with an old timey vibe and some interesting rooms, hallways and stairways.

The Clue theme is reiterated throughout the movie. Which makes it fun, thought provoking and also a bit kinky. The weapons, for example, are each incorporated into the second grouping of scenes and these are really some of my favorites. A candle is lit and put to use to torture and tease (both my tattooer and I enjoyed watching the wax play). A pistol is incorporated into another hot scene with Carson topping James Darling. I think my favorite scene is the solo scene with Akira and her shiny knife. I could watch that one again and again. Tina and Jolene in the stairs with the rope was also enjoyable. Overall, I thought this was a great effort by the entire cast. Billy Castro and April Flores are both hot as hell, although I prefer the scenes they have with the other actors more so than the initial one between the two of them. Oh and of course I love the surprise switch-a-roo ending.

I admit it, I did it: I Vajazzled!

In the last month all this talk of Vajazzling started to get me so curious. A couple of my crazy porn star friends (@holliestevens and @JulietteStray) were tweeting about it hysterically and I had no idea what they were talking about. Review: Such a Useful Mistress

As a Mistress myself and a very useful one at that, I have much love for this pretty turquoise Vixen Vibrating Mistress Dildo. Which I received from my awesome friends at Babeland.com.

I liked the look of this long thin dildo (6" is the length of the insertable portion and 1 1/4" is the width) from the moment I laid eyes on it. The color is really pretty and has a small hole in the base for a vibe or to use a with suction cup attachment. The base will not suction on its own, I tried this. The Vibrating Mistress comes with a small sterling vibe that has a little pull string to get it out.

My experience with these small vibes has always been kinda touch and go. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't, sometimes they are a bitch to get out of that little hole in the dildo once you get them in there. For that I recommend using a condom around the sterling vibe and then inserting it into the base of the toy, so that you can pull the condom out easily and you can even use water-based lube to make the insertion and extraction of the vibe that much easier. I prefer the condom method for easy clean up. The Mistress is Silicone so you can even boil it (about 5-7 mins) to disinfect. I also recommend using a condom with any (silicone) toy for easy clean up, if you are sharing, or using a silicone lube.

On one of my first outings with the Vibrating Mistress, I brought it over to Akira Raine's house for bath time. I actually brought a bunch of my favorite bath toys and I really wanted to try to clean up that dirty girl and see if I could fulfill a dream of having all kinds of beautiful dildos suctioned to the shower wall. We used Sliquid Silver lube, which is great to use in the tub and with condoms, but not with silicone toys, so we used condoms when we used it with the dildos to keep the lube from reacting with the toy material. We played with the Mistress, Leo, Form 2, and the Iconic Ducky! Even better, we filmed it all for Shine Louise Houston's new project Point of Contact.

On her next outing, I used the Mistress in my lovely harness gag on a a very hogtied silly boy. He had been suspended and tortured just a bit and now had struggled to his knees, wrists bound to ankles, ropes everywhere, red blindfold, and that sweet gag that had been in his mouth for at least 15 mins. Guest Review: Ms. Mara 'Led by the Clamps'

My first instinct upon laying my hands on these hefty metal clover clamps, the textured rubber pads looking far firmer with the promise of that springloaded pressure, was 'how do these feel'? I bravely bared my nipple, commonly described by others as "sensitive" and squeezing one clamp in my hand (these clamps are definitely a handful, no fingertips here as the metal can be just a bit slippery, especially with lubed hands!), I gingerly put one nipple between the rubber pads. As I released the pressure, the pads closed in on my oh so delicate nipple and I hadn't even finished fully releasing the clamp before I knew that there was no way I could take that level of stimulation. What I Did Today (part one)...

aka Jimmy Jane Form Two aka Form Tooth...

Ok, so the truth is I received the Form Two Vibrator from Jimmy Jane on Friday as a gift. I started charging it immediately and was super excited, because it had been at the TOP of my wish list since it came out. I love that JimmyJane has a 3 year warranty so that if something does go wrong with this guy I can get him replaced. For now, we are happy together :)

Wonder Woman!

A potential slave bought me this Harness and I absolutely love it and it is the main harness that I use. It is true I do resemble Wonder Woman, even more so when I put on this hot little number. I am also in the market for an entire latex or maybe quality vinyl outfit to complete my transformation ;)

The Wonder Woman Harness from Edenfantasys.com is great for harnessing most dildos up to my big black Doc Johnson one. It has adjustable buckle sides and two straps to secure the legs. I rarely have problems getting this on and off even in messy situations. The material is high quality red and silver vinyl which makes it attractive as well as durable and easy to clean. It is sparkly red and silver and definitely something to show off.

I know I should use some clear nail polish to protect the metal parts of this harness, but even though I have yet to do it after about a year I don't see any rusting or wear on the Harness at all. I clean it with Matacide and soap and water then I pat it dry and hang it for storage. It still looks as good as new and it is the Harness I use the most.

This Aslan Harness is comfortable, but harder material than some. I would say that the material is thicker and sturdier than nylon and therefore might be a bit rougher around the edges. Depending on how tightly you buckle the sides it should stay securely in place. The dildo is inserted through the back and it is pretty simple to do so. I usually put the dildo in after the harness is on

This Harness is obviously great for Super Hero Role Play ;) You could wear it under your clothes for a fantastic surprise. I think this harness would look great with any sparkly dildo (this one perhaps?) and it works great too. It stays firmly in place and allows for excellent control of even a very large dildo. I have worn this Harness over panties, vinyl shorts, and under dresses. It might not be the best for packing, because it is harder material than some and so flashy and pretty you wouldn't want to keep it under wraps for too long! But if you want something to really show off I suggest you get one and you can be Wonder Woman too.

Porn Review: Seven Minutes in Heaven, with help from Mestra Jussara and the Ladies of the Gates.

We (the Ladies of the Gates) love this movie!

As I said before, Mestra Jussara is super helpful when it comes to reviewing porn, so I have enlisted her once again (Actually, she saw Seven Minutes in Heaven sitting on the table at the Gates and said: "I wanna watch my friends!")

It's true, I actually know and have worked with many of the wonderful people in the cast of this film and I was in luck this weekend, because I arrived at the Gates to find four of the cast members just waiting to personally sign my copy! So far it is signed by Puck, Carson, Tina Horn, Jae, and Sophia aka Chocolate Chip, who I just met. Now all I need is the head honcho, Courtney Trouble, to sign it for me and I do believe it will be worth more then gold!

So yes, I am biased. I have also seen quite a bit of porn and I do know what tickles my fancy. So if porn includes people as hot and sexy as the ladies that I work with, it looks like Win-Win to me ;)

Of Bondage... (Part 2, the Gag)

I took this self portrait with my new Ball Gag last night. I really like that this gag has a removable Silicone Ball. I am on the lookout for a larger one and maybe something in a different color. As you may note in the photo below, I also turned the snaps around so that the folded edges are not against the wearer's face. this is a personal preference to avoid unwanted pinching or marks on the face.

I will tell you a bit of my adventures with this Gag. When I initially received the gag from Babeland I was excited to try it out on a willing sub. I talked one of my clients into giving it a try and as I pulled the straps around his head I was disappointed to find that the straps wouldn't close, they were much too short! I was confused and I got in touch with my friend's at Babeland and they were very helpful. They found that their supplier had sent them a bad batch of gags and they were happy to replace mine for me. Now, I had the right gag and I went back into the world to take it for a test drive at my next opportunity. Once more, I found a willing sub who happened to be quite oral (constantly licking his lips and wanting something in his mouth) he was my perfect test dummy, but where did I put that gag?! The forces of the world were working against me for a moment, but I now have this gag in my toy bag ready for my next willing victim. I am going to cover the metal parts with some clear nail polish and take good care so that I can get lots of use of it off into the future. Of Bondage...

The last couple of weeks have involved lots of fun bondage, one of my favorite ways to play! So now I have some reviews to share with you about my recent adventures.

I want to mention that I love that Babeland is dedicated to providing quality products and I love how their Affiliate program offers great selections like Bondage Rope and Ball Gags (see part 2)!

I received this lovely black shiny Rope from Babeland, it is nice and long (25 feet!) and soft (made of Multifilament Polypropylene.) This is great rope for beginners or those looking for something soft and not too threatening, because it is a bit more slippy than cotton or hemp rope and therefore a bit easier to wiggle out of. I would also recommend cutting this long rope in half for beginners, two shorter lengths could be great for tying single and double column ties. Just make sure to wrap electrical or duct tape around the rope at the place where you want to make the cut, so that the rope will have a secure end and will not unravel.

I used the entire length to tie my ankles, but I could have saved some to tie my wrists as well and probably completed a hogtie. (if not on myself on somebody else!) I did use this Rope on a willing sub and I was able to tie his ankles similarly to how I tied my own above, and then I used the rope to tie a comfortable chest harness which looked nice as well.

(FYI: I took the pictures above with my iPhone and edited them with this great app called CameraBag, I highly recommend it, tons of fun!)

Finally, this past weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot with someone I have been communicating with on the web for some time. HobbleSkirt and I met on DeviantArt and we have tried on a few occasions to get together during my visits to NYC. He was here in the Bay Area last week and I talked him into coming over to my place and tying me up in my cell: Red Lights, Red Rope and a Big Red Ball Gag. What's not to like? Enjoy!

This weekend Papa and I put some more new goodies to the test. Two of our favorites go very well together indeed. Chocolate Sauce and...

Restraints, silly!! Specifically, the Under the Bed Restraints that I got awhile back from Babeland.

They happen to go exceptionally well with both the Shunga Chocolate Body Sauce and the Afterglow Massage Candle (we have Dark Vanilla, YUM!)

These Under the Bed Restraints are super easy and very comfy. They can be tucked neatly away under the corners of the bed after they have been set up properly (Note: there is a lot of room to adjust, but they might not be big enough for a cali king size bed, they were purrfect on Papa's queen) so that you can hide them from nosy visitors or kids and effortlessly pull them out at just the right moment. It is super easy to put these cuffs on to your willing victim, but not so easy for her to get out, even if she thinks she is crafty! The attachments are Velcro though, so in an emergency they can be easily removed.

The Shunga Chocolate Body Sauce is very similar in taste and texture to the classic Hershey's Syrup, super sweet and thinner consistency than some sauces I have tried. It comes in a lovely 3.5 oz glass bottle with a small reusable brush.

The Afterglow Massage Candle is so lovely and sweetly scented in Warm Vanilla. (I got the Milk Chocolate for my sis for xmas too.) It scents the room and feels so soft and smooth on your skin. It is not hot at all, so if you are looking for something for wax play this is not the candle, but if you want a sweetly scented warm massage oil that even provides mood lighting, you are in luck! This candle also comes with a small square brush for brushing the warm oil onto the skin.

Now for the fun to begin.

I received a P Style from Babeland awhile back to review. I must admit as intriguing as it sounded, I was not very quick to put it to the test. I am already working on peeing standing up on my own and I guess I would like to try to develop the skill before turning to a STP (Stand To Pee) device. The P Style actually sat in my toy box for months until I met my current lover. She is a Harley riding butch and she mentioned one day that she wished she could pee standing up. Ding Ding Ding, 'Do I have the purrfect thing for you,' I thought!

I finally found it tucked away, still in the package where I had left it, and brought it over and presented it to her with a big smile. Her first response was not very excited. She said it looked quite large, she wouldn't be able to keep it discreetly in her pocket, but maybe it would be something she could keep in her saddle bag, just in case. I asked her to at least give it a try and give me a little blurb to post here to the world about her experience; whether it satisfied her desire to pee standing up, or left her wanting. I am looking to practice my bondage more and more. I had the opportunity to take an intro to bondage class last night from Midori at Stormy Leather in SF. It was a wonderful informative class and I even practiced one of the fancier ties on myself once I got home...
